Delete your GlucoRx Wellness account and data

This page lets anyone with a GlucoRx Wellness account request permanent deletion of their account and associated data. You do not need the app installed.

How to request deletion

In the app (fastest). Open GlucoRx Wellness and go to You → Account → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm. Your access ends right away, and your account and associated data are permanently deleted within 30 days.

By email, if you can’t open the app. Email us from the address you use to sign in to GlucoRx Wellness:

If you no longer control that email address, contact international@glucorx.co.uk and we will verify your identity another way before deleting.

What is deleted

Your account and profile
All glucose readings and sensor history synced to your account
All health data synced from Health Connect / Apple Health
Your journal: food, activity and note logs, meal photos
Uploaded health documents and extracted values
Goals, scores, insights, and conversation history held by GlucoRx Wellness

What may be retained, and why

Records we are legally required to keep (for example, fraud-prevention or accounting records), kept only as long as the law requires
Aggregated, non-identifiable statistics that cannot be linked back to you

Timing

We confirm your request, then complete deletion within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data shared with your device's health platform (Health Connect or Apple Health) lives on your device under that platform's controls — you can remove GlucoRx Wellness's access and its written data in the platform's own settings at any time.
